What you'll do

• Supervise and train youth care workers and a team lead
• oversee daily operations and manage the assigned shift
• lead weekly staff meetings and participate in leadership meetings
• implement programs
• coordinate agency operations and activities
• participate in crisis de-escalation when needed
• and interview, hire, train, schedule, direct, and evaluate employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. The position includes after-hours on-call responsibility.
