What you'll do

• Oversee guest interactions and respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns
• uphold brand standards, regulations, and hotel policies
• develop guest-satisfaction initiatives with senior management
• coordinate with other departments to anticipate and address guest needs
• monitor industry trends
• lead, mentor, and inspire concierge, front desk, and guest-relations staff
• and foster coordination with housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
