What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person
• explain treatment programs, services, policies, and recovery options
• conduct initial assessments for eligibility and appropriateness
• guide clients and families through admissions, insurance verification, paperwork, and transportation coordination when required
• maintain confidentiality and accurate records
• provide crisis intervention and support
• follow up with people who postpone or decline treatment.
