What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care, including vital signs, wound care, and activities of daily living
• assist with feeding, toileting, and bathing
• collaborate with nursing staff on individualized care plans
• perform light housekeeping
• respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed
• maintain confidentiality and patient rights and dignity
• participate in ongoing education and training.
