Master Control Operator

Job overview

The Master Control Operator role is onsite in Littleton, CO, and pays $19–$24.04 per hour. The six-month position supports the on-air operations team during a major systems migration in 2026 and contributes to a Network Operations Center monitoring more than 150 channel streams. The operator helps maintain continuous, accurate programming by managing playlists and commercial breaks, checking audio, video, captions, and picture quality, and responding to on-air discrepancies. The role works with operations supervisors and partner production teams to carry out changes and recover from issues; shifts may include overnight hours, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7/365 operation.

What you'll do

• Support on-air operations during the systems migration
• maintain playlists and execute programming, commercial, and marketing changes
• support live-event and contingency workflows
• monitor channel streams and on-air quality
• ensure commercial breaks roll correctly
• communicate requested automation changes and help resolve discrepancies.
