Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is an onsite full-time role based in Coolidge, AZ. Compensation is $75,350 - $114,450 per year, plus performance bonus/variable incentive compensation. This role supports the manufacturing operations department. This role exists to lead skilled trades technicians, including mechanics, electricians, and automation technicians. The supervisor assists with predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting production equipment and facilities infrastructure, and managing work queues to ensure operational success.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of skilled trades.
• Assign work orders – predictive, preventive, and reactive.
• Respond with priority to requested support.
• Maintain control of backlogs through the effective use of planning and scheduling functions.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop skilled trades.
• Analyze critical and recurring repair problems, initiate required action, and provide technical assistance.
• Coordinate ordering and stocking of critical repair parts.
• Enforce required safety protocols.
• Maintain an organized shop environment.
• Support and adhere to assigned budget.
