What you'll do
- Interview patients and document medical history
- update records and insurance reports
- arrange admissions and laboratory services
- assist with examinations
- prepare and clean treatment rooms and instruments
- triage patient concerns
- prepare charts in Athena EMR
- perform and document in-clinic testing and imaging, including EKGs and cardiac monitoring
- coordinate prescriptions, refills, prior authorizations, and appeals.
