What you'll do

• Develop and enhance ECSE classroom curricula
• review lesson plans and instructional resources
• coach teachers and classroom staff
• observe classrooms and provide written recommendations
• collaborate with behavior specialists, therapists, and program leadership on ABA-informed supports
• review outcome data and recommend program improvements
• submit curriculum and educational quality reports.
