What you'll do

• Perform light to heavy structural and sheet-metal repairs
• inspect and evaluate aircraft structures and components
• repair defects using aircraft hardware, metals, composites, adhesives, paint, and textiles
• fabricate and install structural components
• conduct corrosion-control inspections
• inspect completed work
• complete work orders to FAA specifications and make entries on work cards
• use calibrated equipment and follow repair-station requirements.
