What you'll do

• Interview volunteers and families virtually, in-office, or during home visits
• contact references and collateral contacts
• assess skills and needs for program enrollment
• prepare participants and coordinate matching
• facilitate initial match meetings
• document assessments and maintain accurate records
• advocate for prospective participants and maintain communication
• collaborate with service delivery staff
• monitor youth safety and report critical incidents
• represent the organization in the community
• participate in engagement initiatives, projects, and events.
