What you'll do

• Oversee spa financial performance and budget targets
• lead spa personnel and coordinate with hotel/resort management
• drive group sales with hotel sales teams and local event planners
• manage retail and professional inventory
• maintain safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards
• review payroll
• coordinate marketing
• recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate staff
• prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• track and resolve guest concerns.
