What you'll do

• Conduct new business development to bring in and retain legal clients.
• Utilize the proprietary ATS, Jax, to find candidates matching client requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Meet or exceed placement goals and revenue targets.
