What you'll do

• Process and audit semi-monthly payroll, including commissions, bonuses, unpaid time, and deductions
• ensure payroll accuracy and multistate compliance
• coordinate reconciliations and reporting with Finance
• administer benefits enrollment, life events, and terminations
• support open enrollment and benefits education
• manage onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and compliance documentation
• maintain HRIS and personnel records
• administer leaves
• respond to employee questions
• assist with employee relations
• generate HR reports and metrics
• contribute to engagement, retention, audits, policy reviews, and process improvements.
