Job overview

The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) role is onsite in Elmer, NJ; pay is $17.99–$19 per hour. Stand Out Home Care is a home care agency hiring certified aides to provide care to clients. The aide supports clients’ daily living and comfort at home by assisting with personal care, companionship, household tasks, and medication reminders. Following nurse-provided care plans and reporting changes helps coordinate client care.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders
• follow the nurse’s individualized care plan
• report changes in client condition
• maintain timely documentation.
