The Estimator and Inspector, Maintenance and Construction role is an onsite, full-time position in Chicago, IL, paying $65,000–$75,000 per year. What you'll do

• Write estimates and proposals using scopes of work and labor and material estimates
• conduct site visits or review photos to develop scope and pricing
• track open estimates and follow up with clients
• perform property and onboarding inspections
• estimate repairs and maintenance plans
• manage storage-area inventory and material expenses
• assist with vehicle inspections, condition documentation, mileage, service scheduling, and fuel tracking
• support time-card review, payroll assistance, technician oversight, and job-cost analysis.
