The specialist operates and monitors upstream processes and equipment to produce bulk biologics for clinical and commercial manufacturing in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.

What you'll do

• Operate incubators, wave reactors, bioreactors, mixers, filtration and chromatography skids, and in-process testing equipment
• execute cell culture, cell banking, media optimization, seed train preparation, bioreactor operations, harvest and clarification, and technology transfer
• follow GMP and safety procedures
• execute and monitor batch records
• support development of batch records, SOPs, and protocols
• assist other manufacturing teams as needed.
