What you'll do

• Pick up open shifts at Vista communities
• assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, escort service, dining, and other daily activities
• provide emotional and social support
• document assistance
• report resident concerns
• respect confidentiality and independence
• learn emergency procedures
• attend required training and meetings
• maintain safe practices.
