The Production Associate — Window Manufacturing, 1st Shift role is an onsite position in Marion, OH. Base pay is $17.00 per hour. The first-shift schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Cornerstone Building Brands manufactures exterior building products, including windows. The role fabricates component parts for final window assembly and supports production of windows, doors, and glass units. It contributes to manufacturing output through workstation operations, material handling when needed, equipment use, and product inspection.

What you'll do

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units. May support delivery, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows. Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, routers, and other required equipment
• follow verbal and written instructions
• read work orders, labels, and schedules
• use a tape measure and inspect products for defects
• make fraction and decimal conversions
• provide on-the-job training to new employees
• perform other duties as assigned.
