Make Ready Technician — Apartment Maintenance

What you'll do

• Inspect vacant units and complete make-ready checklists
• perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs
• replace fixtures, outlets, switches, blinds, and hardware
• repair or replace appliances as needed
• check for leaks, hazards, and code issues
• complete work orders promptly
• and report major maintenance issues.
