RN Long Term Care (LTC) - FT Days is an onsite position in Clearwater, NE with a salary range of $32 - $48 per hour. This role is with Good Samaritan, a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of service to seniors. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. This role collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
What you'll do
- Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
- Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Experience
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
