What you'll do

• Direct construction activities

• monitor progress and construction schedules
• inspect work for quality and compliance
• interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
• enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• conduct safety meetings and document incidents
• ensure code and permit compliance
• manage punch lists and closeout
• lead coordination meetings
• maintain the CPM schedule
• work with the Project Manager on subcontractor scopes
• support field-team development and quality initiatives.
