Customer Service Clerk / Sales Support

The Customer Service Clerk / Sales Support role is onsite in Doral, Florida, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay is $17–$21 per hour. The role supports a small team at a company with more than 42 years of experience in the packaging industry. The clerk helps customers with packaging inquiries, orders, and product information while supporting sales activity and account relationships. Using Adobe Illustrator, the role assists with packaging designs and customer requests, helping process orders accurately and provide responsive service.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information

• use Adobe Illustrator to assist with packaging designs and customer requests
• maintain positive client relationships
• support the sales team with existing accounts and potential new customers
• and perform general administrative and sales-related tasks as needed.

Why this role
