What you'll do

• Schedule field staff for skilled nursing visits
• assist clients and field staff with issues
• answer incoming calls
• assist with new-client intake and explain services
• check client benefits and track authorizations
• maintain daily time reports for payroll processing
• share the on-call phone for evenings and weekends and manage problems, emergencies, and staffing call-outs.
