What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day technical direction to developers and engineers
• collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver platform features
• contribute hands-on coding, design, and architecture across the .NET stack
• mentor and coach engineers
• promote scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable solutions
• help shape development standards and CI/CD practices
• participate in system design decisions
• diagnose complex issues, conduct code reviews, and lead problem resolution
• contribute to information security strategy and protection of sensitive data.
