Groundskeeper

What you'll do

• Maintain common property and facilities, including the pool area
• remove debris and trash
• inspect and clean the property, landscaping, and management office daily
• perform preventative tasks, replace common-area lightbulbs, and complete light painting as needed
• provide work-order and task updates and coordinate with the onsite team. Irrigation maintenance and repair experience is required
• Certified Pool Operator certification is preferred.
