What you'll do

• Gather and evaluate information from databases and other sources to locate assets
• use GPS/telematics and license plate reader systems to trace vehicle location histories
• coordinate with repossession agents, credit union personnel, and insurance personnel
• conduct people and vehicle location searches
• handle inbound and outbound skip calls
• maintain account documentation and coding
• follow FDCPA, state, and local collection laws and client procedures.

Why this role

The posting requests at least 2 years of auto skip-tracing experience, Microsoft Office experience, strong communication and attention to detail, and familiarity with FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; no mandatory nights or weekends.
