What you'll do

• Plan, execute, document, and improve reliability evaluations for SMT assemblies, repaired PCBAs, and server systems. Prepare samples and test setups
• operate environmental and electrical test equipment
• perform functional checks
• record results and deviations
• support failure isolation
• and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, repair, and quality teams. Depending on level, responsibilities may include test-plan development, failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and laboratory strategy.
