What you'll do

• Analyze property operating statements, rent rolls, budgets, forecasts, and financial data
• track performance against underwriting and budgets
• build financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools
• support hold/sell, acquisition, disposition, refinancing, and capital investment analyses
• evaluate property valuations and scenarios
• identify revenue and expense opportunities
• conduct market research
• prepare stakeholder materials
• support budgeting and property visits.
