What you'll do

• Complete the two-week, 80-hour unpaid training program at Tidewater Community College/TCC Skilled Trades Academy, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Learn sheet metal fabrication and basic tack welding, then perform fabrication, assembly, and installation work using hand and power tools under technical procedures. Meet physical, safety, and screening requirements
• overtime and any shift may be required.
