• Supervise field construction to meet design, budget, schedule, and customer objectives
• conduct weekly onsite meetings
• enforce safety and project procedures
• prepare field and safety reports
• monitor subcontractor progress and staffing
• coordinate work schedules and project updates
• participate in preconstruction planning
• maintain contract documents and coordinate record drawings
• communicate project, safety, financial, labor, material, and quality issues
• mentor other superintendent levels
• maintain jobsite cleanliness.
