The program manager serves as the government contracting officer’s representative’s point of contact and directly supervises five HR professionals.

What you'll do

• Classify positions and determine pay plan, occupational series, title, and grade
• review and draft position descriptions
• conduct job analyses, desk audits, and interviews
• prepare evaluation statements
• advise on organizational changes and classification impacts
• maintain the position-description library
• ensure compliance with federal classification law and privacy safeguards
• supervise HR staff and manage contract deliverables.
