The Class A Commercial Driver – Intermodal Transportation role is onsite in Houston, TX. Pay is $24–$32 per hour. The driver moves containers between ports, rail facilities, warehouses, and customer locations to support local and regional freight operations. Safe, compliant driving, accurate records, and communication with dispatch help keep pickups and deliveries efficient and meet customer and operational requirements.

What you'll do

• Transport containers between port terminals, rail yards, warehouses, and customer locations
• complete local and regional deliveries and pickups in the Houston area and surrounding markets
• conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• maintain delivery and inspection records
• communicate load status, route changes, delays, and updates to dispatch
• comply with DOT regulations and safety policies
• secure cargo and verify documentation
• support timely pickups, deliveries, and equipment management
• interact professionally with customers and terminal personnel.
