Senior Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, staff, and municipalities
• oversee onsite construction to meet design, budget, and schedule
• maintain project records and schedules
• manage contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and payment applications
• attend site meetings and inspections
• resolve construction issues
• review code compliance and constructability
• support closeout and safety procedures
• travel to job sites.
