What you'll do

• Drive occupancy, revenue, and property performance
• manage budgets and expenses
• support rent collection, lease compliance, and delinquency management
• lead daily community operations
• coordinate maintenance and vendors
• support leasing and resident retention
• resolve resident concerns
• recruit, coach, and develop the onsite team
• maintain records and support inspections, safety, and compliance
• coordinate capital projects and monitor quality, timelines, and budgets.
