The role provides program leadership, manages changes and risks, and keeps customers and stakeholders informed throughout development, certification, supply chain, and production.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned programs from sales handover through closure, including cost, timeline, scope, and quality
• develop project plans
• manage scope, budgets, changes, documentation, and milestones
• negotiate due-date changes with customers and OEMs
• lead program meetings and follow up on action items
• coordinate resources and dependencies
• manage risks and issues
• oversee BFE activities and IFE test equipment readiness
• report progress and support audits and lessons learned. Travel up to 25% nationally and internationally may be required.
