What you'll do

• Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and general ledger entries in NetSuite
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts and intercompany transactions across locations
• prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• assist with month-end and year-end close and supporting schedules
• generate and analyze financial reports and dashboards
• maintain fixed-asset records and depreciation entries
• support inventory-related accounting with retail operations.
