What you'll do

• Prepare quotes using ERP and AI tools by reviewing prints, planning processes, sourcing material and outside processing, and estimating hours with toolmaker input
• compare estimates with actual results
• coordinate schedules with the Toolroom Supervisor and customer priorities
• coordinate outside processing, shipping, and receiving
• support quality requirements and issue resolution
• purchase materials, tooling, and supplies
• manage supplier relationships and track delivery and quality
• support customer relationships
• improve processes and AI workflows
• maintain accurate ERP data
• track operational metrics and contribute to management decisions.
