The Property Manager I role is onsite at The Frye in Seattle, WA. Pay is $25.09–$31.56 per hour, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. The Low Income Housing Institute develops and manages affordable housing and supportive services, including programs addressing homelessness. The role manages property operations while supporting residents and maintaining compliance with funding requirements and applicable laws. It contributes to a safe, stable community by overseeing leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, staff coordination, maintenance, and operational reporting.

What you'll do

• Screen residents and prepare lease contracts
• respond to resident concerns and foster community
• prepare legal notices and pursue evictions after manager consultation
• monitor compliance with laws and policies
• oversee site staff
• maintain tenant files
• hold tenant meetings
• collect rent
• oversee repairs, inspections, and vacant-unit preparation
• submit expense reports
• document incidents and maintenance needs
• complete assigned training and follow PPE protocols.
