What you'll do

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware, software, accounts, and peripherals
• manage onboarding and offboarding
• maintain asset inventory, device imaging, patching, and hardware lifecycle
• administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune accounts and devices
• process badge and physical access requests
• follow CUI handling procedures and maintain compliance records
• support conference room, laboratory, and shop-floor equipment
• maintain ticketing and knowledge-base documentation
• identify and escalate security events and support incident response.
