What you'll do

• Assess patient and family physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs as an RN, or gather related data as an LPN
• provide intermittent skilled nursing under physician direction
• monitor pain and symptoms
• support patients and families
• refer to other services when appropriate
• provide care instruction
• visit at time of death
• complete documentation
• communicate with physicians and team members
• RN may participate in triage coverage as needed.

Why this role
