Commercial Floor Technician

What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, polish, vacuum, shampoo carpets, strip, wax, and buff floors
• move furniture
• disinfect floors
• spot-clean
• clean elevators, stairs, restrooms, and kitchen areas
• remove trash
• dust and wipe walls and baseboards
• operate floor equipment
• maintain supply and equipment inventory
• use required personal protective and safety equipment
• open and lock facilities and operate security systems as required.
