What you'll do

• Provide executive leadership for construction programs
• lead and develop project and field teams
• establish safety, accountability, and quality practices
• serve as executive contact for owners and partners
• oversee scheduling, staffing, procurement, quality control, commissioning, and site logistics
• manage forecasting, budgets, cash flow, billing, margins, and risks
• lead strategic planning for future projects and regional growth.
