What you'll do

• Develop employer and workforce partnerships
• match participants with jobs, apprenticeships, training, internships, and other opportunities
• coordinate referrals, interviews, placements, and employer follow-up
• assess employment readiness and career goals
• provide individual and group job preparation
• facilitate workshops, mock interviews, hiring events, and career activities
• coordinate work-based learning and summer youth employment
• monitor retention and provide coaching
• maintain documentation and report employment outcomes.
