What you'll do

• Manage assigned projects, including setup, crew preparation, supervision, documentation, and job-site issue resolution
• complete audits and estimates
• conduct in-home energy education and documentation
• supervise electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
• ensure compliance with codes, permits, zoning, and other requirements
• inspect quality and authorize corrective work
• enter job costs
• use diagnostic equipment
• train staff as assigned
• address customer concerns
• manage multiple project schedules
• support warehouse and inventory activities
• follow lead-paint controls and occupant-safety requirements
• participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned.
