What you'll do

• Develop the organization’s presence and reputation in the San Antonio healthcare community
• cultivate existing and new referral relationships
• build relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, rehabilitation facilities, senior communities, hospice organizations, and other partners
• identify partnership and community event opportunities
• educate referral partners about services
• maintain consistent follow-up
• collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy and growth
• communicate potential referrals
• maintain accurate CRM records.
