Community Department Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain common areas
• assist homeowners with beach items, packages, and minor repairs
• provide access and support to authorized vendors
• and respond to owners’ needs, inquiries, and service requests. During the summer season, the role includes 25 on-site community hours per week on the listed Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule
• remaining hours are spent maintaining other properties as operational needs require.
