The Registered Nurse (RN), Direct Care role is onsite in Silver Spring, MD, with pay of $40–$45.25 per hour. Complete Care at Springbrook provides skilled nursing care for people recently discharged from the hospital, those needing therapy, and people needing long-term care. The nurse delivers and coordinates resident care through assessments, medication administration, treatments, care planning, documentation, and education. The role also oversees and delegates work to licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants to support quality care and teamwork.

What you'll do

• Administer oral, topical, intravenous, and injectable medications
• provide wound care and prevention, pain management, and dressings
• assess residents and monitor changes
• create, update, and carry out individualized care plans
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others
• educate residents and families
• document health status, care, progress, and interactions
• oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs.
