What you'll do

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning
• oversee general ledger, close, reconciliations, and GAAP financial statements
• manage cash forecasts, liquidity, banking, receivables, payables, and working capital
• analyze client and project economics
• maintain controls, audit readiness, tax, payroll, and regulatory compliance
• advise on contracts and commercial decisions
• manage and develop the finance team
• improve systems, data, automation, and reporting
• oversee financial governance of 401(k) and health and welfare plans.
