What you'll do

• Provide hands-on job coaching during onboarding, training, and workplace activities
• support workplace skill development and employment goals
• identify and support appropriate accommodations and assistive technology
• build relationships among individuals, coworkers, supervisors, and employers
• help develop natural workplace supports
• maintain digital documentation and track employment milestones
• coordinate community and employment-related transportation when needed
• collaborate with case managers and the support team.
