What you'll do

• Identify the reason for each patient visit and lifestyle needs
• recommend eyewear based on the optometrist’s prescription
• assist with frame selection and optical measurements
• recommend lenses, coatings, and frames
• take measurements, adjust or troubleshoot eyewear, and dispense it
• provide accurate pricing and delivery estimates
• clean and merchandise displays
• assist with insurance billing and order processing
• document patient communications in practice software.
